Registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows:

Accommodation:
Information and a reservation service for attendees who wish to obtain hotel accommodation near the Congress venue is also available on registration system.

  1. This service provides you with a reservation only.
  2. Payment should be made at the hotel front desk on check out.
  3. Receipts will be issued by the hotel as required.
  4. Deposit of JPY5,000 per person required.
  5. Changes/cancellations can be made online.
  6. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
