Participants requiring a visa for entry to Japan are strongly advised to consult with the Japanese Embassy/Consulate in their home country.

In general, it is necessary for you to receive visa supporting document from us.

Please let us know following information about you and your itinerary when you request visa supporting documents to us. If you join the conference with your family (accompanying person), please let us know their information, too.

(2) Age and birthday
(3) Sex
(4) Nationality
(5) Affiliation
(6) Date of Arrival to Japan (Airport, Flight Number)
(7) Date of Departure from Japan (Airport, Flight Number)
(8) Itinerary and Accommodation in Japan
(9) Postal address (We will send you the visa supporting documents by Express Mail Service of Japan Post)

Please make sure that you make online registration and finish payment IN PRE-REGISTRATION when you request visa supporting documents.
